How to order your custom made rug?


  1. Send us your idea. This can be a photo, an illustration or any other image.

  2. Choose your size. Tell us what dimensions you want for your rug.

  3. Digital preview. We will convert your idea into a digital preview so you can see how it will look.

  4. Personal quote. Based on the design, we will send you a price quote.

  5. Order confirmation. Once your design and size are confirmed, we will ask for a 50% deposit to start crafting your rug.

  6. The creation begins. Throughout the creation process, we will share photo updates so you can see your rug coming to life.

  7. Delivery. Once the remaining 50% is paid, we will carefully prepare your order and ship it to you.
